Question about fruit and antioxidants ?
I have this question ... If a fruit oxidizes really fast in this case, apples ma bravo esmolfe , does that mean the it does not have anti oxidant agents? This question came to me because I was thinking of making a face mask with apples, and then I thought if it had anti oxidant agents good to skin even thought it oxidizes very fast ..
Does the more tea bags you use in a cup of tea mean the more antioxidants?
For example If i have a cup of water and use 3 tea bags and drink it do i get more antioxidants or the same as if i was to use 6 tea bags in one cup? basically, would i be wasting the bags or no? My whole point is to get more antioxidants in my body thats all.
If antioxidants are good for you, why do you need to breathe?
If antioxidants are good for you, does that mean that you don't have to breathe because if antioxidants are the opposites of oxygen then it must mean that if you stop breathing you get antioxidants which are good for you and you could live forever.
Is blueberry jam high in antioxidants like fresh or frozen blueberries?
Before you answer, PLEASE NOTE I'm talking about jam that is organic, purports to be from wild blueberries, and the first ingredient is the berries there's not much added sugar. Anyone with expertise know if such a jam would still have a lot of the good stuff that fresh or frozen blueberries have? Or would a large serving at least count as a serving of fruits vegetables?
Antioxidant question, comparing blueberries and cherries?
read this bicycling.com news 2010 tour de france cycling superfood cherries and berriesdo blueberries have the antioxidants that cherries and those other fruits have in order to do the same thing? I realize they have quercetin antioxidants but is that the same type in cherries that will help out the muscles?
